Super Simple High Protein Salmon Pasta Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C

  2. In a baking dish add the salmon, cream cheese, cherry tomatoes, spinach, sun dried tomatoes and capers

  3. Mix it all together so the salmon is surrounded by the ingredients

  4. Cover the dish and bake in the oven for 40 minutes

  5. While that cooks, boil 200 g pasta according to the packet instructions

  6. Once the salmon mix is cooked, break the salmon up with a spoon and mix everything together into a creamy sauce

  7. Add the cooked pasta to the dish and mix until everything is coated

  8. Serve up and enjoy
