Marinate: Pat dry chicken strips. Toss with seasonings and oil. Chill for 1 hour.
Prepare Breading Stations: Mix flour and spices in one bowl, egg wash in another, breadcrumbs with parsley in a third.
Coat Chicken: Dip strips in flour, egg wash, flour again, and finally breadcrumbs. Lay flat on tray.
Fry: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry strips 2–3 minutes until golden, internal temp 165°F.
Make Sauce: Mix mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Serve: Arrange fries with dipping sauce and enjoy hot.
