Mix all ingredients together except the flour.
Add 3 cups of the flour and mix well. Continue adding flour ½ cup at a time until a soft dough forms.
Knead for 10-12 minutes.
Put in a large mixing bowl. Cover and allow to rise overnight
THE NEXT MORNING:
Divide dough into 2 equal parts and place in prepared loaf pans.
Cover with plastic wrap or damp tea towel and allow to rise until the dough tops the loaf pans.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Cool completely on a cooling rack before slicing.
Store on countertop in clipped plastic bread bag for up to 1 week or in the freezer for 3-6 months.
