Apple Marshmallows
  1. Wash, peel, and dice apples into small cubes

  2. Add water and simmer on medium for 10–15 minutes until soft

  3. Blend into a smooth purée, then add gelatin and mix

  4. Whip on high speed for 20 minutes — it will suddenly triple in volume and turn white

  5. Transfer to a parchment-lined mold, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate 2–3 hours

  6. Slice, serve, and enjoy this soft cloud-like treat
