Mix crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, press into bottom of 9x13” pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 tbsp. milk until smooth.
Fold in 4oz. Cool Whip and spread over crust.
Mix up pudding and milk and pour over cream cheese and let chill for several hours.
Spread remaining Cool Whip just before serving.
Garnish with grated chocolate or chopped nuts if desired.
