Garlic Butter Parmesan Rice
  1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

  2. Add the rice, mix and cook for a minute.

  3. Add the broth, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the broth is absorbed and the rice is cooked, about 20 minutes.

  4. Mix the lemon juice, zest, parmesan, and parsley into the rice and let the cheese melt.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
