Creamy Cowboy Butter Tortellini With Steak And Carrots And Bell Peppers
  1. Boil tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear in olive oil 3–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

  3. Steam or lightly roast carrots until tender. Sauté bell peppers until slightly softened.

  4. Melt butter in the skillet. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Stir in cream and broth; simmer 3–4 minutes.

  5. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  6. Return steak, carrots, bell peppers, and tortellini to the skillet. Toss to coat.

  7. Finish with parsley and red pepper flakes.
