Apple Pie Parfait
  1. Add the chopped apples to a pan and add the lemon juice and cinnamon. Sauté until apples have softened a bit. This should only take a few minutes.

  2. Next, combine the cottage these, date (if you keep dates on the fridge, make sure it's softened/room temp), protein powder, and cinnamon. Blend well then fold in the cooked and cooled diced apples.

  3. Add to a mason jar or bowl then crumble the cinnamon crackers on top.

  4. Serve immediately or you can refrigerate for later. This should keep for 3-4 days.
