SAUCE
FILLING & SERVING
In a small bowl whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, & sesame oil.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil & cook ground chicken until crumbled & browned.
Add onions, mushrooms, & water chestnuts & saute until onions are softened. Add sauce, thicken with cornstarch slurry.
Serve filling in lettuce leaves & garnish with scallions.
