Make a sourdough starter from scratch by boiling an organic apple or potato until soft, then fermenting it with water and wholemeal flour.
Feed the starter over 2-3 weeks until it is strong and bubbly.
Prepare the starter for baking by mixing it with flour and water and letting it rest.
Make the dough by combining flour, salt, water, and starter, then knead and rest.
Prove the dough by letting it rest and become puffy.
Shape the dough and let it rest again.
Preheat the oven and check if the dough is ready by poking it.
Score the dough and bake it on a pizza stone or baking tray.
