Unpit dates and soak in boiled water for 10min.
Combine the dry ingredients for the cake in a large mixing bowl: oat flour, ground almonds, baking powder, salt
Add the date mesh, oat milk and vanilla extract. Mix.
Pour into a lined baking dish (23 x 20 cm) and bake for 25 to 30min at 180°C.
While the cake is cooling, combine the creme: Add cashewmus, yoghurt, protein powder, vanilla and the sweetener of your choice to a blender. Mix. Done.
Cut the cooled cake in rectangular bars. (lady finger substitute)
Make the flavouring liquid of your choice: cacao, matcha, sirup or other
Layer about half of the cake bars dipped in flavouring liquid in a container (22cm square tin).
Top it with about half of the cream.
Repeat the previous 2 steps (cakes + cream) and cool everything for 1 to 9h in the fridge.
Dust with matching powder, e.g. cocoa powder and enjoy.
