  6. ¾ cup milk (or water)

  7. 1 large egg

  8. 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil

  9. Stir until just combined (batter will be slightly lumpy).

  10. Cook on a hot griddle or skillet until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden brown.
