Bread Pudding
  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Place bread pieces into an 8-inch square baking dish or 9x12 for double. Drizzle melted butter over bread and sprinkle raisins and nuts over top.

  3. Whisk eggs, sugar, half and half, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a mixing bowl until well combined.

  4. Pour mixture over bread and press gently until bread is covered and soaked.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and the top springs back when lightly pressed, about 45-55 minutes.
