Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan or 200 degrees Celsius conventional.
Mix the marinade ingredients together and add the salmon. Coat thoroughly then place in a lined baking sheet, pour over the remaining marinade, season and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Pan fry the pak choi until golden on each side.
Serve in bowls and finish with chilli and optional lime.
