Teriyaki Salmon Bowls
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan or 200 degrees Celsius conventional.

  2. Mix the marinade ingredients together and add the salmon. Coat thoroughly then place in a lined baking sheet, pour over the remaining marinade, season and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  3. Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

  4. Pan fry the pak choi until golden on each side.

  5. Serve in bowls and finish with chilli and optional lime.
