Overnight Cookie Dough
  1. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

  2. Whisk the cottage cheese, yogurt, sweetener and almond butter.

  3. Stir in the almond flour, protein and salt until smooth.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to overnight.

  6. Enjoy!
