Papillote Salmon With Soy Sauce
  1. Deeply score the salmon. Prepare aluminum foil, parchment paper on top and a little olive oil. Place the fish skin side down.

  2. Once the chopped ingredients are prepared, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then chop everything together to combine the flavors.

  3. Then mix all the ingredients very well. Brush the salmon between the cracks and on top with the sauce obtained.

  4. Close the fish, but leave a little space between the salmon and the parchment sheet.

  5. Put in the preheated oven at 200C for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
