Lightly coat tofu pieces with potato starch or cornstarch
Mix sauce ingredients together in a bowl
Pan-fry tofu pieces without touching them until golden
Flip tofu pieces until all sides are golden
Add sauce and green onions to the pan
Toss everything together until coated
Serve immediately, being careful as sauce burns easily
