  1. Using a food processor add shallots, garlic, chilli, coriander, brown sugar & salt, let this blend for 10-20 seconds

  2. In a large bowl, combine all your ingredients and add the fish sauce. Let this set aside from 20 minutes. Allowing all the flavours to mix nicely :)

  3. Store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks, top it up with extra fish sauce
