Simple Chicken Curry
  1. Fry onions in oil or ghee, when translucent add garlic, salt, and crushed chilis.

  2. Cook for a minute, reduce heat, and add the spices, stir a little then add strained tomatoes and stock.

  3. Simmer for a while to thicken and then add the chicken and it’s marinade.

  4. When chicken is done, serve!
