Dairy-free Avocado Lime Dressing Recipe
  1. Halve avocado, take out the pit and scoop flesh into food processor.

  2. Add in lime juice and cilantro.

  3. Remove stem, seeds and membranes from jalapeno and roughly chop, adding to bowl of food processor.

  4. Sprinkle in the salt.

  5. Process until everything is thoroughly mixed.

  6. Pour in ¼ cup water and process until smooth.

  7. Taste for seasoning, adding more salt or lime juice as needed.

  8. If you'd like a bit more spice, add ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.

  9. Process again.

  10. For a thinner dressing, add 1 Tablespoon water at a time until desired thickness.

  11. Store in glass jar with tight fitting lid, in the fridge, for up to a week.

  12. Mix well before serving.
