Cut halloumi in ½ and soak in boiling water for 15 mins
Slice cucumber, remove the seeds, and place in a bowl and generously salt, set aside
Pat dry the halloumi and roll out between two pieces of kitchen towel
Mix barbecue sauce and honey together, brush this over the halloumi, and coat in crushed crisps
Place in top drawer of air fryer and cook on 200C for 8 mins
Place the buns in bottom drawer, on the rack and bake for 1 min on 200C
Drain the cucumber, mix together mayo and bbq seasoning and mix this in
Top the bottom of the burger bun with cucumbers, then the halloumi burger, and spread the remaining honey bbq sauce on the top bun
