Creamy Tomato Beans
  1. Fry the minced garlic and onion until browned, add the tomato paste and herbs then fry for another few minutes.

  2. Add roughly chopped tomatoes and cook until they break down into paste/sauce.

  3. Add the beans, stock, miso paste, cream and nutritional yeast then simmer to thicken and reduce.

  4. Blend a scoop of the beans with the soaked softened cashews into a cream and mix back with the beans.

  5. Top with the garnishes, serve with some noice bread and enjoy!
