Laila's Pantry Crackers
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, and salt.

  3. Add the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of water, and mix until a dough forms. Add more water as needed, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.

  4. Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper to about ⅛ inch thickness.

  5. Cut the dough into desired shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.

  6. Transfer the crackers to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.

  8. Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving.
