Spray a 1.5 quart baking dish with nonstick spray. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
Stir in the garlic and spinach. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes, until spinach is wilted.
Remove from heat.
Soften cream cheese in microwave.
Stir in sour cream then add to the spinach mixture.
Stir in the Parmesan and Pepper Jack cheese.
Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
