High Protein Cottage Cheese Bread
  1. In a small food processor, process together ½ tub (8 oz) of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, a small handful cilantro, and one fresh garlic clove

  2. Process well until combined

  3. Grab a small baking tray and line with parchment paper

  4. Spray the parchment paper with a touch of avocado oil

  5. Pour the processed bread batter onto the tray

  6. Spread the batter around with a spatula to create an even layer

  7. Bake in the oven at 350F for 35-40 minutes until done

  8. Remove from oven and let cool completely

  9. Cut the bread into preferred size or shape

  10. Make protein mayo by mixing 1 tbsp mayo with 4 tbsp yogurt, ½ tsp garlic powder, salt, and fresh cracked pepper

  11. Assemble sandwich with one piece of bread, protein mayo, tomato, avocado, romaine lettuce, red onion, and 4 oz ham or protein

  12. Top with the other piece of bread and serve
