Protein Cookie Dough Bark
  1. Into a food processor, combine 2 cups of cottage cheese, 3 tbsp of sweetener and 2 tsp of vanilla, blitz until smooth.

  2. Add your blended cottage cheese to a large bowl. Add in 2 ¼ cup almond flour, ¾ cup vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 pinch of salt. Mix well until fully combined.

  3. Press the cookie dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place into the freezer for 3 hours.

  4. Once the cookie dough is frozen, melt the chocolate. and coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave. Pour and spread melted chocolate over the cookie dough. Sprinkle with salt. Allow chocolate to harden. Break apart and store in the freezer for those late night chocolate cravings.
