Makes one batch of twelve 2 ½" muffins
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let stand about 5 minutes, until cereal is softened.
Add oil, molasses and egg. Mix well. Stir in raisins.
Add flour mixture to cereal goop, stirring just until combined.
Portion batter into lightly-greased muffin pan.
Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until firm.
