Cheesy Cauliflower Rice
  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft and translucent, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.

  2. Add the cauliflower rice to the saucepan and cook for 5-6 minutes more.

  3. Stir in heavy cream, grated cheddar and seasonings. Cook until the cheese is fully melted, approximately 3-4 minutes more.
