Add the chopped cucumber and tomatoes to a bowl with salt and pepper to release there juices.
Combine all the other salad ingredients into the same bowl and mix until combined.
Add the chickpeas to a skillet with the harissa paste and oil and char in the oven for 10 mins until crispy.
Heat up your flatbread, top with the cucumber salad and then the chickpeas, fold it up and get stuck
