Mango Pico De Gallo
  1. Peel or slice the skin off with a pairing knife.

  2. Carefully chop mango.

  3. Finely chop all of the above ingredients.

  4. Be sure to discard jalapeños seeds and white fleshy part.

  5. Add all ingredients to a bowl and lightly toss together.

  6. Squeeze or pour lime juice over the top.

  7. Add a pinch of salt, give it one more toss and enjoy.
