Blend everything except the tapioca starch until smooth.
Mix in the tapioca starch until a dough forms.
If the dough seems dry, knead in 1–3 tbsp water until soft and easy to roll.
Roll into balls and bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Air fryer: 350°F for 10–12 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
