Chop the bacon, and add to a cold, large rondeau.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the bacon is completely cooked crisped evenly throughout.
In a medium sized bowl and with an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Mix in seasoned salt and garlic powder.
Spread cream cheese mixture into a small, individual serving cup (Small to go Cups). Chill until ready to serve. (Can also Spread into a large serving dish if using for at home use. Be sure to downsize recipe, if so.)
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and green onions.
Serve immediately and with crackers or chips for dipping.
