Ginger Turmeric Shots Recipe
  1. Peel the ginger and turmeric roots. Cut them into smaller pieces to make blending easier.

  2. Add the ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, black peppercorns, cayenne pepper (if using), water, and pineapple juice (optional) to a blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl, pressing out as much liquid as possible. Discard the remaining pulp.

  4. Pour the ginger shot mixture into small bottles or a jar and refrigerate. The mixture can be stored for up to 5 days in the fridge.

  5. Take 1-2 ounces as a shot, either straight or diluted with water, depending on your preference.
