Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mash the bananas in a bowl.
Add the brown sugar, white sugar, pumpkin puree, softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin spice, baking powder, and baking soda.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Grease a loaf pan and pour half the batter into the pan.
Add the softened cream cheese on top of the batter and spread it evenly.
Top with the remaining batter and smooth the top.
Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
