Whisk milk and yeast together, add sugar and egg and whisk
Add flour and salt and mix until shaggy
Knead for a few minutes until it just comes together and add the butter to the middle
Mix and squeeze in the butter with your hands, kneading for 10 minutes total until dough comes together
Cover and rest dough for 1-1.5 hours
Saute onion with salt, pepper and oregano, let cool on a plate
Mix cooled onion with crumbled feta and mozzarella
Decompress dough and cut into small pieces (20g each), shape into rough balls and keep covered
Flatten each piece, add filling, close and seal edges by pinching
Place in parchment-lined dish, cover and rest for 30 minutes
Heat oven to 180C, brush dough with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake for 10 minutes at 180C, then turn oven down to 170C and bake for another 8-12 minutes
Brush with melted butter and honey immediately after removing from oven
Serve hot or cold
