Cheesy Poppy Seed Crispy Crackers
  1. Mix together the flaxseeds and chickpea flour and nutritional yeast along with a little salt and the garlic powder with enough water to form a thick paste.

  2. Add a little olive oil and mix well.

  3. Spread the mixture onto baking paper on a baking tray.

  4. Carefully smooth out the cracker mixture

  5. Sprinkle over salt and the poppy seeds

  6. Bake at 180c/360F for 225-30 mins or until crunchy

  7. Break up and eat!
