Mix together the flaxseeds and chickpea flour and nutritional yeast along with a little salt and the garlic powder with enough water to form a thick paste.
Add a little olive oil and mix well.
Spread the mixture onto baking paper on a baking tray.
Carefully smooth out the cracker mixture
Sprinkle over salt and the poppy seeds
Bake at 180c/360F for 225-30 mins or until crunchy
Break up and eat!
