Broccoli Cheddar Soup Mac N' Cheese
  1. Add chicken thighs, garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika to slow cooker

  2. Add diced yellow onions to slow cooker

  3. Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 4-5 hours

  4. Microwave steam in bag frozen broccoli for 7-8 minutes

  5. Toss broccoli with olive oil and salt to taste

  6. Bake broccoli at 450°F for approximately 20 minutes

  7. Mix broccoli and switch to broil until browned (5-10 minutes)

  8. Cook pasta to 50% of the time shown on the box

  9. Blend cottage cheese, extra sharp cheddar cheese, American cheese, nutritional yeast, and whole milk together

  10. Season cheese sauce with salt and pepper to taste

  11. Combine cooked chicken, broccoli, pasta, and cheese sauce together
