Garlic Butter Chicken Bites With Creamy Parmesan Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about ½ cup of pasta water.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.

  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and garlic powder, and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Lower the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Continue stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the creamy Parmesan sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water to reach the desired consistency.

  5. Serve the creamy Parmesan pasta topped with the garlic butter chicken bites. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve immediately.
