In a large bowl mix together the cream cheese and ranch seasoning until it is evenly incorporated.
Add in the chicken, bacon, cheddar jack cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Spread a layer of the mixture over a tortilla, about ¼ to ½ inch thick, and roll the tortilla tightly into a cylinder.
Once all the filling has been used, place the cylinders in the fridge for 10 minutes. Remove from the fridge, turn the cylinders seam side down, and cut into about 1-inch thick rolls.
