In a food processor or blender blitz the Tim Tams until they form a fine crumb
Pour in the Baileys and pulse to combine
Add in 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk, this should be enough to bind the biscuits into a soft ball of mixture
If it is still a little dry add a teaspoon at a time until you are happy with the consistency.
Place the mixture into a small bowl and into the refriterator for 10 minutes to firm up while you prepare a rolling station
Set up a bowl of water for your hands, a small bowl or bowls of the desired coatings, a plate for the finished balls, a tablespoon measure and a teaspoon.
Once the mixture feels firm to the touch but not hard, take a level tablespoon of the mixture and with a lightly damp hand roll into a round ball, having the ball a little damp helps the coating stick.
Add the ball to the small bowl of coating, toss to coat, I use a teaspoon to gently lift and turn the ball, until well coated
Gently lift this out of the coating and place on a plate and repeat with the remaining mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set, once hard and cold store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or these freeze really well.
