Line a steamer with 2 sheets of baking/parchment paper
Layer cabbage → glass noodles → pork → the rest of the veggies (except spinach). Top veggies are flexible—mushrooms are great
Steam on high heat ~20 min (time varies by noodle thickness; noodles should be tender)
Open the lid, add spinach, and steam 2 more minutes
Transfer to a bowl and toss well with the sauce until evenly coated
