Chop up your garlic and add to a hot pan with olive oil
Fry until the garlic begins to turn golden and then add in the beans with a little of their liquid
Cook down for around 5 minutes until the beans become creamy
Turn off the heat and stir in your miso paste and tahini, this will thicken the mixture so add in a little water if needed to get your desired consistency
Serve with whatever toppings you like, our favourite way to enjoy them is with a fried egg on top and a piece of toasted sourdough.
