Chop your potatoes, zucchini, tofu, and yellow onions into 1-inch cubes
Thinly slice your green onions
In two separate meal prep containers add your chopped potatoes, zucchini, tofu, green onion, and onions
In each container, add doenjang, gochujang, sesame oil, and minced garlic
Freeze each container overnight and when ready to enjoy, microwave your frozen kit for 15 seconds to loosen it
In a pot on high heat add your chicken bone broth and bring it to a boil
Place your frozen kit inside the boiling chicken bone broth and cook while stirring for 3-5 minutes or until fully cooked through and enjoy
