  1. Make the filling by sautéing the onion until soft

  2. Add the spinach and cook until wilted

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the feta, parsley, dill, salt and pepper

  4. Lay out sheets of filo pastry and brush with melted butter

  5. Place a spoonful of the filling onto the pastry and fold into a triangle shape

  6. Brush the parcels with more butter and bake until golden and crispy
