In a mixing bowl, add the PB fit powder, gluten free rolled oats, coconut oil and honey. Mix together until your cookie dough forms.
Fold in peanuts and M&M’s.
Spread batter onto parchment.
Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute and stir together.
Pour melted white chocolate over the cookie dough batter.
Top with sea salt.
Place pan in the freezer.
Let it harden, break it and enjoy!
