Monster Cookie Protein Bark
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the PB fit powder, gluten free rolled oats, coconut oil and honey. Mix together until your cookie dough forms.

  2. Fold in peanuts and M&M’s.

  3. Spread batter onto parchment.

  4. Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute and stir together.

  5. Pour melted white chocolate over the cookie dough batter.

  6. Top with sea salt.

  7. Place pan in the freezer.

  8. Let it harden, break it and enjoy!
