Cook ground beef and drain
In a large skillet, combine the refried beans, tomato sauce, and spices over medium heat. Stir until smooth and warmed through.
Add the Mexicorn and stir to combine. Cook for 5–7 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
If using, sprinkle cheese on top, cover the skillet, and let it melt (2–3 minutes).
Serve hot with tortilla chips, spoon into tortillas, or over rice for a quick Tex-Mex meal.
