Rice Paper Crepes
  1. Whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon, maple and salt together in a shallow bowl.

  2. Dip one rice paper sheet into the mixture until coated, then place into a lightly greased frypan over medium heat.

  3. Dip the second rice paper sheet into the egg mixture and place on top of the first.

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until golden underneath. Carefully flip and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp.

  5. Enjoy as is or topped with fresh bananas and chocolate.

  6. You can also add slices of bananas in between the two rice paper layers!
