Healthy & Crispy Korean Vegetable Pancakes
  1. Whisk tofu until smooth

  2. Add potato starch and chicken stock powder, and mix again

  3. Add all vegetables and combine well until everything is incorporated

  4. Cook the batter in a pan with sesame oil until it gets crispy

  5. Flip and cook the other side until crispy

  6. Make sauce by combining vinegar, soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil

  7. Serve pancakes with sauce and garnish with sesame seeds
