Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix in well. This can now go in the fridge overnight or assemble straight away.
Add ⅓ of the mixture to a sheet of baking paper topping with the same size baking paper. Then flatten and roll out thinly using a rolling pin.
Fold 3-4 times together to 1 piece. Repeat until you have used up all of the meat mixture.
Using a sharp knife cut each kebab strip in half and place on a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven on 180C/350F/Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes.
Carefully unwrap each kebab sheet, place back on the tray and put back in the oven to brown up for 5 minutes then serve.
