Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Bowls
  1. Crush biscuits in a bag and divide evenly into 4 meal prep containers

  2. In a bowl, mix yoghurt, cottage cheese, whey protein, vanilla extract and sugar-free maple syrup. Whisk until smooth and creamy

  3. In a small saucepan, add frozen blueberries, lemon juice and a splash of water. Simmer until it turns into a blueberry sauce/slurry

  4. Layer everything into containers: Base with crushed biscuits, middle with protein cheesecake mix, top with blueberry sauce
